Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or contains a printing error caused by us, you may request a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or the product does not match your approved design, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
Note: Due to the custom nature of our products (e.g., personalized t-shirts, car magnets, or other printed items), we do not accept returns for buyer mistakes (e.g., errors in the submitted design or incorrect size selection).
Return Timeframe
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Your order number.
- Photos of the product showing the defect or issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
- Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Personalized items where the error was made by the customer during the design submission process.
Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items
For defective or incorrect orders, we will reprint and ship your product at no additional cost.
